Ron Paul is a rising favorite among young adults in America, but when it comes to the GOP race, he is the only candidate that has yet to win a state outright.
Super Tuesday came up with the same result for Paul– no wins.
Paul, who was banking on Alaska, Idaho and North Dakota, clearly came up empty handed in all three states.
Paul came in second in North Dakota, Vermont and Virginia, but he was never within the margin of error so as to be able to call it a tie.
For much of this campaign season, Paul has kept to himself when it comes to the other GOP candidates. While the others are name-calling and throwing jabs, Paul has focused on getting his message out. Will this quiet approach ultimately cost him the nomination?
The Texas congressman remains continuously optimistic, releasing a statement on Monday saying, “While other candidates are focused solely on the beauty contests to get the headlines, we’re undertaking a comprehensive strategy that I am confident can lead to the nomination,”
